These kickboxing pads are made of a eva padding which is incredibly strong and light. It also had a high percentage of cotton that allows your skin to breathe during training. The elastic top of the pads stretch to fit around any leg and are very easy to put on and take off. These are sold as a pair of two shin and foot pads.
